The calendar itself is always free and always full: TodayPicked is filled by our own editorial curation, not by who pays. Featured is a separate, paid layer for venues who want more visibility for their events. Prices below are for Bali, our first market, and public from day one because almost nobody else here publishes a rate card.

Yearly billing gets 15% off. Quarterly gets 5%. Monthly is possible, but since we run on invoice and bank transfer for now (see below), quarterly is the practical minimum.

How Featured actually works

Featured buys visibility: the badge, a spot within our fixed cap, and, for Spotlight and Partner, hero rotation. It never buys chronological position. Every list on TodayPicked is ordered by date and time, paid or not.

We cap paid cards at 1 in every 6 visible cards, about 17%, so the calendar never feels like an ad feed. When a location's cap is full, new venues join a waitlist instead of pushing past it. That's a hard limit in our code, not a promise.

Payment, for now

Stripe doesn't really work for Indonesian venues yet (Indonesian card payments and Stripe don't mix well today), so Featured runs on a simple invoice and bank transfer, confirmed by WhatsApp or email. Card payment is a later addition for venues who'd rather pay that way.

Founding partners

The first 10 venues get 40% off list price, locked in for 12 months. If your featured events don't get measurable views or clicks in 60 days, you get your money back. In exchange, we'll ask for a short testimonial once the numbers are in.
