THE INNER JOURNEY - NEW MOON: Fascial Reprogramming • Shamanic Sound Journey • Water Ritual

A new moon ceremony at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center with Norin Silviana, founder of Breathe and Sound. It opens with slow fascial reprogramming, intuitive movement and breath to release held tension, then moves into a shamanic sound journey with drums, rattles and shamanic instruments. From there it builds into gongs, singing bowls and voice for deep rest, closing with a water ritual to mark the new lunar cycle. Not suitable for children 13 and under, and anyone with a pacemaker or implanted heart device should check with a doctor first.
