Starfish Bloo hands part of its Sunday brunch over to The Sayan House from Ubud, mixing Japanese technique with Latin American flavours. A dedicated buffet station runs dishes like ceviche del mar, Tokyo curry, sashimi, a guacamole roll, chicken nanban and a Basque-style burnt cheesecake.
