Wednesday and Friday, La Terrazza trades the speakers for a single guitar, pulled back just enough to sit under conversation rather than over it. The set list is built for exactly that balancing act, quiet enough for a table for two, present enough that a group catching up will still turn when a song lands. This stretch of Uluwatu is one of the best spots around for watching the sunset, guitar included.
