9D Breathwork: Transformational

A 2-hour guided breathwork session at Alchemy with Lisa Bibby, pairing conscious connected breathing with an immersive sound experience through wireless headsets. It opens with grounding and a breath technique briefing, moves into the guided journey itself, then closes with a 30-minute integration period for rest and reflection, with space for optional sharing. Each session runs on a different theme, announced closer to the date. Not recommended for anyone with severe cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or who is pregnant, and open to 18 and over only.
