A 3.5 hour journey at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center led by The Joy Awakener, DJ and breathwork and ice bath facilitator. It runs through connection practices, an opening circle, guided breathwork set to live-curated music, ecstatic dance, an integration phase, then an ice bath, with aftercare guidance to close. Bring light, comfortable clothes, a swimsuit for the ice bath and a water bottle. Arrive on time, late entry isn't permitted. 18+, and not recommended for anyone with severe cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or who is pregnant.
