A ceremony at Alchemy built around the blue lotus flower, once used in ancient Egyptian temple rites for blessing and meditation. Guided by Eva Aourah, it moves through a welcome blessing with incense and oil, an intention-setting ritual, a ceremonial blue lotus tea, voice activation and a sound healing done lying down for deep relaxation. Bring comfortable clothes and something warm for the sound healing. Not suitable for those 12 and under, and not recommended with certain medications or during pregnancy.
