A weekly ecstatic dance at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center Uluwatu. It opens with a 20 minute warm-up led by an instructor in a movement style such as yoga, qigong, contact improv, capoeira, kung fu, hip hop or acroyoga, though joining that part is optional before the dance itself begins. The night closes with a community circle and sacred sound healing music with acoustic songs. Dancers move solo or with others, no steps to learn, just space to move. Kids aged 8 and up can join free with a parent supervising the whole time.
