Kim Kindersley leads Conscious Connected Breathwork at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center, weaving in chant, breath and dance to work through energetic, physical, mental and emotional blockages. He's run breathwork ceremonies for over 30 years across Ibiza, London, Glastonbury, Paris, Bali and Ireland, and teaches with Alchemy of Breath as founder of Heart of Breath. After the session, there's dedicated time to integrate, either upstairs in the cafe or out on the ground, and no one leaves until they're ready.
