A jazz dinner on the Sanur coastline ahead of Ubud Village Jazz Festival, hosted at Roso Restaurant by The Meru Sanur and Bali Beach Hotel. The Jadi Peperzak Quartet headlines with vocalist Kasyfi Kalyasena, playing a mix of new age jazz and classics through a six-course wine pairing menu. The kitchen side comes from Michelin-starred Chef Park Sung-Bae, Executive Chef Marco Medaglia and mixologist Inngook Cho, each course built with a matching cocktail.
